How to harness essential oils for allergy relief

Essential oils can provide relief.
When you dilute and apply the proper mix of essential oils to the
skin with a carrier oil or use in baths, or with diffusers or steam
inhalations, you will find allergy relief.

Some essential oil companies provided blends that relieve
allergies. You can use them in a diffuser, or put them on a
special essential oil necklace to provide relief.
